How a project actually goes.
Step 01
Discovery
We talk through what you need, who it's for, and what success looks like. We'll send a written brief back to you with scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed quote. No work starts until you've approved it.
Step 02
Design
We work up the design either in Figma or directly in code, depending on the project. You see real progress weekly, not slide decks. Two rounds of revisions included.
Step 03
Build
The site or app is built on a modern, standard stack. Your code lives in your own GitHub repository from day one. You see staging builds throughout.
Step 04
Launch
We test thoroughly, set up your hosting in your own account, point your domain, and go live. We include a written handover doc with everything you need to maintain it.

We work best with focused projects that have a clear scope. If you need a 24/7 support team, a 50+ page enterprise site, ongoing daily content management, or a vendor who takes ownership of your hosting and infrastructure long-term, we're probably not the right fit. We'll happily refer you to people who specialise in that work.

Most projects run on a deposit to begin and the balance on delivery. Larger builds are split into milestone payments.

You do. On final payment, all code and design files are transferred to you, in your own GitHub repository and accounts.
If new requirements come up mid-project, we pause and quote the extra work separately so the original scope and price stay predictable.
Every project includes a support window after launch for fixes. Longer-term support is available as a separate arrangement.
